Greetings in Christ, for the majority of my life I have lived in the South-Western part of Saskatchewan. I grew up attending church with my mother and brother, but I began to question the goodness of God after my father left the family.

This resentment would turn into a bitter depression in my later teen years, which drove me into the arms of substance abuse. I sought to pacify my anger and sorrow, but I only ended up feeding it. At 19 years old I entered the Teen Challenge, Saskatchewan Program to attempt to overcome my drug use and find some healing. Once in the program, I met Jesus and surrendered my life unto Him. It began by just committing myself to prayer and reading my Bible. I fell in love with the Word of God while reading the New Testament multiple times, then challenging myself to read the Bible cover-to-cover. Also, I began to witness the power of prayer and saw people find deliverance and healing through simple faith and prayer. Thus, I just wanted to know God more.

After graduating Teen Challenge I enrolled at Millar College of the Bible, by faith, trusting that God desired me to learn His Word to one day become a teacher of it. I completed a three-year degree at Millar in Biblical Studies and enjoyed most every minute of it.

I went on to marry Kelli, a girl who I went to high school with and now we have three children: Judah, Shiloh and Isabel. Since Millar, I have worked in Church Ministry (Associate Pastor at the Shaunavon Alliance) and Para-Church Ministry (Rock Solid Refuge). I love being able to teach the Word of God, pray for people and be apart of helping people to grow in relationship with God.

Our Mission & Vision

We are a loving community of God’s people (Belonging) who are led by the Holy Spirit to faith in Jesus Christ (Believing).  We are committed to growing in our knowledge of the Holy Scriptures, encouraging one another to be more like Christ in our caring, sharing and serving (Becoming), using our God-given gifts to witness to the Gospel of Salvation. We are a house of prayer.

What we believe:

Please download our full doctrinal statement. 1.  We believe, teach and confess the Triune God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. 2.  We believe, teach and confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and the gospel as the power of God for the salvation of all who believe in him. 3.  We believe, teach and accept the canonical Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments as the inspired Word of God and the sole authoritative source and norm of our proclamation, faith and life. 4.  We accept the Apostles’, Nicene and Athanasian Creeds as true declarations of the scriptural faith we believe, teach and confess. 5.  We believe, teach and accept the Unaltered Augsburg Confession and the Small Catechism as true witnesses to the Word of God, normative for our teaching and practice. We acknowledge that we are one in faith and doctrine with all churches that likewise accept the teachings of the Unaltered Augsburg Confession. 6.  We believe, teach and confess the other confessional writings in the Book of Concord, namely, the Apology of the Augsburg Confession, the Smalcald Articles, the Treatise, the Large Catechism and the Formula of Concord, as further valid expositions of the Holy Scriptures. 7.  We believe, teach and confess the gospel, recorded in the Holy Scriptures and confessed in the ecumenical creeds and Lutheran confessional writings, as the power of God to create and sustain the priesthood of all believers for God’s mission in the world.
